* The architectural design service complies with the requirements issued by the Order of Architects of Quebec regarding the practice and license rights for architectural technologists . All documents submitted will be approved by a certified member of the Ordre des Technologues Professionnels du Québec.

* All projects are designed according to standards established by the National Building Code of Canada (NBC) to ensure the integrity of the project and its user.

* All projects encompass design of structural elements involving the safety of occupants shall be subject to the approval of a qualified structural building engineer which will provide certified report indicating the necessary and appropriate recommendations.
